A routine that holds up

A simple 4-step pre-shot routine that gives your mind one job at a time, so pressure has nowhere to creep in.

Calm your body on demand

Box breathing and squeeze-and-release, practised with you right in the lesson, so your swing stays smooth when your heart is pounding.

Reset after a bad shot

A 10-second reset for the walk to your ball that gets you back to neutral, so one bad shot stays one bad shot.

About the course

You hit it well on the range. Then there's a card in your pocket, people watching, and a score that matters, and your swing gets short, quick and tight. You've probably already tried telling yourself to relax. It doesn't work, because pressure isn't a willpower problem. Golf Under Pressure gives you something to do instead. Each lesson is about 5 minutes, ends with a concrete plan, and includes practice you do right along with the video. By the end you'll have one complete pressure plan for four moments: before the round, before a pressure shot, on every shot, and after a bad one. It comes with a printable plan card for your bag.

Built by a mental performance coach

Golf Under Pressure was built by a mental performance coach with a Master's in Sport & Performance Psychology. Everything in it comes from the research on performing under pressure, stripped down to plain language and short practice you can actually use on the course. No theory lectures and no hype: just what to do, and when to do it.
